As a new build, this vacation rental home was a blank slate to start with. The goal was to cater to long-term rental guests escaping to Florida for the winter and provide all the comforts of home. There is no shortage of properties to choose from so standing out among the endless pages of listings was vital to the success of this property. The home immediately gives off a welcoming feel but also includes interesting details that say, “hi, you’re on vacation in Florida.” We steered far away from the beach theme in this home and instead utilized a color pallet of blues, greens, and pops of orange. Each room has its own personality but everything is connected. And of course with most vacation rentals, durability and budget were top of mind.
