Project Types: Multi-room projects, more complex, custom work, full remodels, or dream home builds, and complete furnishing.
Perfect For: Busy professionals and hands-off types. You want to hire the experts, approve a plan, and then trust someone else to be in the weeds and loop you in as needed. This is the all-inclusive resort of the design world so from start to finish, I’m involved and keeping the project on track and moving forward.
Cost based on scope of work. Minimum fee: $5,000

Project Types: New construction or remodel selections projects
Perfect For: Perhaps you are building a new home and have a list of showrooms from your builder - does thinking about making 100 decisions and being able to visualize it all together give you anxiety? Does walking into a tile or lighting store feel overwhelming to you? Maybe your builder provides you with some designer time but you want someone on your side who understands your larger vision, needs, and style, and won't rush this very important process. I can pull all the options together and present them to you wrapped in a pretty bow.
Fees start at $5,000

Project Types: full- or partial furnishing design for living room, bedroom, office, dining room, etc. This service is not appropriate for bathroom or kitchen selections or complex design needs.
Perfect For: Anyone who needs design direction and designer expertise, but doesn't mind doing a little legwork.
Client sends measurements, inspiration photos/boards, and photos of the existing space.
We’ll schedule a virtual Discovery Inspiration Meeting and review your inspiration photos to do a deep dive into your likes, dislikes, needs, etc.
We schedule a virtual Design Presentation meeting where we’ll review selections and rationale. (one round of revisions is included).
Client purchases items, manages orders and delivery, and installs items.
E-design is an affordable alternative to full-service interior design. If you have time on your hands and don’t mind working virtually, then this is the service for you.
Cost: Starting at $3,000
$300 on-site consultation can be added for measurements & getting a better visual of the room. In-person finish styling can be added for $225/hour. -
