This property hadn’t been updated since it was built in the early 90’s. The teal carpet (including the bathrooms) and outdated everything was remodeled into a comfortable, family-friendly vacation rental home where no detail was overlooked. Original artwork, comfortable cotton bedding, a coffee-lovers bar, handmade Indian bed throws … this home is now a beautiful five-star retreat at the Lake of the Ozarks and it was done on a tight investor budget.
